Broke out of 132-hell

Yay! Yesterday's strategy seems to have worked. Today I dropped a pound. I'm theorizing that it was from not eating before I worked out, which gave me a (temporary) deficit of calories for the day. Or maybe it was just time. Or maybe I'm jumping the gun and I'll be right back up near 132 again tomorrow!
At any rate, I did the same thing though not as extreme today. Where yesterday I skipped both breakfast and lunch before the workout, today I only skipped lunch.
