That definately would be scary! I agree with Susan, set your goal to 183 and then re-evaluate when the time comes. See how you feel and if you're happy where you are at. But take care of yourself and be good to yourself. You deserve it! :) 4089 days ago
Good job on the weight loss. Keep up the good work. You should set your goal at 183 lbs. like the doctor told you to do, then go from there and lose to what you want to be at. Just keep motivated and the weight will come off. CONGRATULATIONS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I BELIEVE IN YOU! YOU CAN DO THIS!
Thanks you two, it has been a bit dufficult here lately. I have been in and out of the hospital a few times here in the past two months and one of those times was my heart. Talk about scary, I was paniced!
My heart was beating out two times to the one beat in. They gave me 140 something of Lydacane to get it to stablize. They kept me and all the test they did came back normal.
I am in perimenopause too, and that has a whole lot to do with the heart palpitations, but that one was a bit to much for sure.
I am doing a lot better now and still working on loosing the weight.
The doctor said that at my height and age, my ideal weight should be 183 LBS. I think that is a bit to much,, but that is what he said. I would still like to get on down to around 160 to 150. 4090 days ago
