I know that I am not following the recommendations as far as food goes here. It's worse because I can see myself slipping but I can't stop myself. This morning, I made pancakes, reduced calorie, but I eat more than a serving. I knew it at the time but I did it anyway.

Now I just asked my husband to clean up after himself. What does he do, ROLLS HIS EYES AT ME!!!! I'm like what the hell?? I am just asking you to put things away that you got out. Don't give me attitude. I'll give it right back even more than you did!!!

    Hang in there! U can always start over and do better!!!! You don't even have to wait for a new day - Start over where you are at now - Just jump in and do the best you can. We all slip sometimes - heck some of us slip most of the time - LOL. Do Not beat yourself up!!!! Just try, try again. U can do this!!! We are here for you. Huggsss!!!

    Oh sweetie I totally understand. Only I know I have been eating under my calories, which is almost worse. I too have been slipping. Too much stress. I will be starting anew on Monday, back to the gym, back on track. Just remember, even if we slide backwards, we can always gain ground back. You will be fine, promise, just look at the bigger picture.

    As for the dh not helping out, tell him that either he does his part, or he sleeps on the couch. It is simple. Just have to let him know you are serious. I have to do the same thing with my dh, only about food. I have for 10 years not eaten what I liked and catered to him, not anymore. Our son needs to be able to eat pretty much anything.
