I am really giving this another go round.....I'm just hoping and praying that I don't lose that excitment of wanting to be healthy.....It feels good to be paying attention to what is going into my mouth and paying attention to my feelings (am I hungry or just bored) so please be praying for me.     My words of wisdom to you "one day at a time". Remember if something is getting old try something new. I never stay with the same workout for more than 30 days. The other option is to change your diet: add or delete something. example ( add more fiber or don't eat red meat), it should keep thing new and exciting.
