Two weeks

I have completed two weeks and lost a total of 4.6 lbs. I lost over three the first week and only one the second week. I have gone through the book over and over and have no idea what I have done wrong. I know I will not loose 3 lbs a week, but I would love at least two for giving up fruit. I miss fruit sooooo much. I was never much of a fruit eater but I knew it was always a good choice for me when I was hungry and I miss it. I have been working out three to five times a week and I have no idea what else to do to loose this weight. I have a good 40 lbs to loose so I would hope it would come off a little faster. I am going to stick to the Atkins as I went through all this work to give up the carbs and I don't want to go through that again.

    I feel ya! Im on day 8 of induction and have only lost 4 lbs. The other two people Im doing it with have lost 7-8lbs, and Im working out 6 days a week, more than they are doing! GRRR. I guess its true that everyone's body is different. I would love to hear some of your experiences/advice. p.s. Are eggs getting on your nerves yet? I feel like thats the main part of my diet..lol
