ADDING SOMETHING NEW

I STARTED REBOUNDING AND ENJOY IT. ALSO DOING JUMPING JACKS ON IT. TRYING TO DO IT EVERY DAY. ALSO STARTED DOING QIGONG, A FORM OF TAI CHI, VERY RELAXING, I'M DOING THE WATER ONE. THIS IS EASY BECAUSE I'M NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW, OFF UNTIL OCTOBER. I'LL HAVE TO CUT BACK ON SOME THINGS THEN. BUT I HAVE 2 MONTHS TO HAVE FUN.
