Grr... The 180's..

Monday, August 04, 2008

Well, the 180's seem to be taking forever! I am at 181.8 right now, but it seems like they are never going to end! I have been picking up my activity level and journaling EVERYTHING I eat. But the 180's are dragging on.. I'm so afraid I'm going to fail at this I feel like I can't skip a beat or it will all come tumbling down. Gotta keep pushing my self because I'm afraid one little slip could undo it all.. So here I go... Wish me luck.. I can do this.. I HAVE to do this.

I know, this blog is from almost 6 mos.ago...but I had to see it, to see your journey...because it has been remarkable. Averaging 10 lbs a month, is really phenomenal, you know that, don't you??!! Anyway, I am at 180 lbs, and I am
not able to exercise the way I'd like to (lack of energy from health issues)
but I'm a walking fool...! and I am almost 59 yrs old (in a couple weeks)...with a sluggish thyroid. ..but, reading this, makes me more hopeful that I will cut out the extra calories, and...see myself in the 170's by February. My goal is to lose 5 lbs by my birthday, Feb. 11 - which will bring me into the 170's...175 to be exact.

Keep going, you can do it.

Remember, it's a lifestyle change and it does take time, unfortunately
