Week #2

Today starts week #2 of this journey. Motivation is always easy when you start but can slip away so I'm working hard to stay motivated this week and continue with my weight loss. Week #1 saw a good jump with -4pds. Of course that's common for a week #1 with dieting so I don't expect that this week. I'm looking for a 2 pd loss this week to work towards my goal of reaching below 200 by September 1st.

Goals this week: Hike 3 - 4 days ( possible 2 day backpack if I can workout a ride)
Drink 8 glasses of H2O day
Continue with my participation here.
Learn a new line dance

So that's it for now I'll update during the week.
