On friday, due to poor planning I didn't make time to do my 30mins on the bike. Yesterday I did and extra 30 mins in an extra two 15 mins sessions to make it up. Hooray! I also ate smaller meals, cooked standard portions instead of my usual excessive portions, and didn't finish off what my boyfriend didn't eat of his. I think I did eat an extra meal, which may mean I still ate as much as usual, but even breaking my uber meals into smaller meals is progress. I need to train myself to be satisfied with normal portions and only eat when I'm hungry.
