The Problem with Alcohol

I need to stay away from alcohol. Whenever I drink, it lowers my inhibitiions. Lowered inhibition results in eating too much. Eating and drinking too much makes me sleepy, but when I do go to bed I don't sleep well. I toss and turn all night and wake up groggy and tired. The next day I don't have breakfast because I'm still full from the previous night's indulgences. That causes me to be over-hungry for lunch, which causes me to over-eat again. By the time I'm done with work the last thing I want to do is go to the gym. Note to self - stay far, far away from alcohol. A couple of drinks can mess up a couple of days.
