I lost .5 inch all over! I am pretty happy about it considering I am at the end of my first week. I am so proud of myself too. I measured myself on Saturday night and then again this morning... I was .5 inch smaller in my waist, hips, and neck! That is awesome! That just goes to show that this really is working for me.

Today was a good day. Yesterday I did my strength training, I will do it again tomorrow. I did about 90 minutes of light walking this afternoon at the mall. I hope to go walking tomorrow as well.

I drove around our neighborhood along the path I walk. It is 1.5 miles. Not to shabby... Since I am doing strength moves, I will try and walk it only once. If I walk to 1.5 miles in 45 minutes, then I will be doing a 30 min. mile, so it will be easy to keep track of. Anyways, I have TV beckoning me to be lazy for a little bit... night!
