I'm changing my program

I'm only going to swim 4 days a week, 45 min each. Increasing yoga to 3 days a week. Adding rebounding. I started rebounding last week, 3 min a day, with an 8 min stretch. 7/31 I start my 2nd week, 6 min a day w/same stretch for a week, then 12 min a day & stretch for 3rd week, 4th week is 20 min a day and stretch. This is the program that came with the rebounder. I'm also going to increase my workout to include more weight lifting instead of circuit. I'll try this for a month to see if there are any significant changes in my body. My upper body is much stronger, also legs, but I need ab work.
