2 week streak

I'm working on a two work streak of KBs every day with Sidney and the Kettlebell Challenge Team. I've been doing a full KB workout every other day (Iron Core videos), and something shorter on the in between todays - one in-between day I did KB ab work (half getups, russian twists, rolling situps), today I did press ladders in between cardio circuits. I am enjoying getting to use my KB every day, but am being careful not to over do it.
On the down side, I am eating well all day and then completely freaking out at about 7:30 and putting my face in a cereal box (or box of cookies, or both). Ugh. I know at least part of it is that I have been skimping on the sleep this week - but the main part is that I need to remember how to WALK AWAY FROM THE BOX! I am working on maintenance now and this will NOT keep me at goal, that's for darn sure.
