Tons of energy!
That's what Atkins does! First few days not-so-much but then after that its an upward spiral. Sometimes it gets so bad it interferes with sleep.
Today is the first day exercise was easy. I finished my circuit training video at home and then I cleaned the house before I showered.
For anyone who doesn't know, this is a return to the good life, not an entry to it. Why did I leave? Health issues put me in a bad spot. But I'm back and feeling fine.
For my low carb buddies: I had a social event last nite & drank selzer with lime (biggie for me...I like my libations!) and had a grilled shimp marinara appetizer. I scoped out the menu online before I got there so made the decision in advance.
When I plan ahead its so much easier.
When I fail to plan, I plan to fail. When I plan, I plan to succeed!
Sticking to the plan like glue. That's my mantra. Down 5 lbs. Hit my first goal.
Buzzing around like I'm on speed. No caffeine necessary. LOL
