Ideas for Rewards?

I stayed within my calorie limits for the day and I even had dessert (baked peaches and low-fat ice cream...YUMMY)!
However, when I looked back at my daily nutrition, I realized that I fell below my goals in protein and fat intake...not good. I really need to work on that. The problem is, I'm just not a big meat eater. I'd much rather have a plate of pasta than a piece of meat. Also, I find it hard to reach my fat goals without simultaneously going over my calorie limits. How do you do that without feeling hungry all day? Sure I could eat a bunch of nuts or olive oil or avocado, or any other healthy fat. But then what? Then I'd have like 500 calories left for the whole day. That would not work for me. Tough. I have to find a balance somehow. I know it's not good to skimp on fat and protein.

Another unrelated thought...
I need to think of something to reward myself for reaching the rest of my weight loss goals. Maybe that will help me get past this plateau, or whatever it is I'm stuck in.

Reach a solid 128 - Pedicure
Reach 125 - Book a massage

Does anyone have some other ideas for rewards? I like my ideas, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
