Im happy with my improvement so far since I was stuck at 194 for a month and finally the scale is moving. Im gonna try and not weigh myself for the month of August so I dont feel stressed and just focus on my exercise getting in 3500 calories a week and eating within my calorie range and not worrying about what the scale says.

    Just avoid processed SUGAR in food like cookies, etc. It raises our Insulin levels and makes us CRAVE more sugar, in a rollercoaster cycle. emoticon

    Marisol, sometimes we get a plateau. but you have to remember not to stressed about that. Do me a favor I remember when I was doing my personal trainer he used to tell me to change your work out every two- three weeks, so your body don't get used to the work. challenge yourself. Remember that you are closer to you target than you where when you start. Relax. Take care honey and I hope I help you with something. emoticon emoticon

    Asi es Marisol, poco a poco verĂ¡s la recompensa. A veces nos desesperamos pero debemos continuar haciendo ejercicios y comiendo saludable. La pesa lo que da es stress, asi que es muy buena idea que no le hagas mucho caso.
