Back on Track

After that surge on pizza and beer night (I still can't get over that large a jump over one lousy day!!) I am finally back on track and even with my goal line.
And about time, too. I've been working out 6 days per week! And for the past week or so, I haven't gone over 1400 cal. Some overly nice person told me that I was probably just gaining muscle. (Uh huh... 3 pounds of muscle in one day. I must have had an implant I don't remember!) But it did inspire me to add another measurement to my goals... body fat %. They measure it every other week at the gym. I went from 30% two weeks ago to 29.2% on Saturday.
