yay for overcoming little obstacles! i managed the day with 3 meals, and no snacks! (for me sncks are unhealthy) better than usual!

    Good for YOU to get your food under control!

    In time, hopefully you can learn to allow yourself some healthy snacking. I graze all the time...mostly veggies tho, occasional nuts and sunflower seeds.

    Apples, Banana's, Cucumbers and other things like that are also considered snacks.

    How ever starting out like you are. You should be proud of yourself for controlling your foods at first.
