Today, i had my husband take some pictures of me so i could compare them to the ones taken a month ago. I wasn't really expecting to see a huge differencebut when i compared the ones that i took a month ago i was really surprised. i had no idea that my abs would transform so quickly. see the change motivated me to keep going. today, was a bad day. i just wanted to eat everything in sight and i felt like my body (really my butt and thighs) were not changing at all. I've been running and strength straining now for 2 1/2 months and i've lost a total of 4 1/2 inches. 2 off my waist, 1/2 off my butt, and 2 off my thighs. i'm really excited about seeing the new me finally come out.
