New Goal Setting

After reading SP article about setting smaller goals, I've decided to set a 10% goal and also I have a reward to self picked out for reaching that goal. I guess once I reach that goal I'll set another 10% goal and reward. The smaller goals will hopefully seem more doable than the whole, and it will hopefully keep me from getting discouraged and giving up.

I've also added to my fitness routine. Still doing my 30 min of riding my stationary bike, but adding a 20 min Pilates video cardio workout to strengthen and tone my muscles and burn a few more calories.
