I just cannae take it!

so yesterday I was in a ratty mood. My family were moving from my childhood home, work was annoying me, not having a new job yet is frustrating me and I plainly didn't get enough sleep. so after I'd had some dinner I went to the gym. I walked at a fast pace for the majority of the 30 mins but I also jogged/ran for one minute which brought home to me how unfit i really am! My goal is to be able to run 3 minutes in a row and go from there!

Then I went home and re-arranged my entire living room and cleaned the bathroom and washed the kitchen floor. Seems I clean when I'mupset, this can't be a bad thing! At least I wasn't eating and the house looks great!

Oh and I have a fit ball - one of those big bouncy ones that you can use for exercise, so I used that to do some push ups. ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! I managed 2 nefore I realised that I can't do pushups! So that's an aim of mine as well. It would be great if I could build up to 5 without collapsing in a heap.
