ok day started off good i walked this morning as planned 2.65 miles the I kept my pedometer on me all day and I have done a total of over 12000 steps and I ate fruit all day. ok so my kids asked me to prepare the traditional meal from Zimbabwe and i PIGGED out I was feeling so uncomfortable i put on my gym wear and went to the gym, I feel great but I am still up not good. I am happy though so that counts am falling in LOVE with Sparkpeople.
