Hi everybody! I am back in town and ready to hit the ground running. I did really well with my workouts during my trip - several good runs and kept swinging my kettlebells! I burned up a little on re-entry with my diet but am back on track today. The drive was long - 12 hours - and I fueled myself with junk. Whenever I do that, I tend to take another day to get back on the wagon - that was yesterday and I need to step up and start fueling myself with the good stuff today! I'm going to give myself a week before weighing in so my ticker is not currently updated. I'm looking forward to being active on SP again after a break - and I know the community will help keep me on track. Take care everybody - and happy summer!!
