Positive Things about myself

I am always so down about myself. I have really started to see the light after joining Spark People. I am very excited about my lifestyle change and I am feeling better about myself everyday. I am a very loving, caring, trusting person. I love to make new friends. I don't know how I could be so hard on myself then turn around and work to motivate others. I am really working on taking my own advise. I read some articles about motivation and inspiration today and I realize that I need to feel good on the inside as well as look good on the outside. No matter how good I look physically I don't want to look or feel ugly on the inside. I am going to think happy thoughts about myself because it truly does show. I am going to continue to work hard to be the person I want to be; inside and out. I am going to take care of myself so that I can be a better mother to my two beautiful daughters, because I never want to hear them talk about themselves the way I talk about myself. I am a good person and I am going to continue to be a good person. I am a hard worker and I am going to continue to work hard and harder. I am a bad eater but I have taken the steps to be a better, healthier eater and cook. I will stay focused and I will think positive.

I know I can do anything I put my mind to! I can be anything I want to be! Only I make the choices for my body and I am going to make the best choices so I can be happier and healthier! emoticon

    Congratulations! Isn't it great when you start learning and realizing things about yourself? Even negative things are good to know because once you know, it's just a matter of understanding what can be done about them. Since I started sparkpeople I've learned a lot about myself (good and bad as well), especially about my eating habits. You should be proud of yourself, it sounds like you've made a break through! emoticon
