Can i tell you how absolutely amazing everyone is on here.
I was a little down for the past week and if you have read my blog yesterday, I sorta put it all out there.
I know what I have to do and I have the equipment to do it. Its finding the motivation. Well after all the responses I got yesterday it moved me to go a little further than I would have yesterday.
I planned on doing 60 minutes on the tredmill. I got on there for 30 minutes and just kept talking myself out of doing another 30, but then I decided I need "ME" time so when my hubby got home and we all sat and ate dinner together, which is something we haven't done in a while, I decided It's time for "ME" time, I grabbed a dog (i have two), popped on my MP3 player and hit the road, walked a little over a mile in 30 mins. I wasn't pushing it, but it was a lot of up hills. I felt wonderful when I got back. I was nice any sweaty which for some strange reason makes me feel great.
I'm still receiving comments on my post from yesterday and it just puts me in AWWWW that some people that I don't even know are here to support me, encourage me, guide me, HELP me. It's absolutely wonderful.
You guys are the greatest.
Took my other dog, who is old, for a 10 minute walk then he was ready to come back home.
Taking my children to the movies which is FREE (woohoo), regal cinamas does free movies during the summer on tuesdays and wednesdays so i'm taking full advantage of it.
Going to the library (cause it's library day for us, lol)
Than Tae Bo video here I come, provided my legs don't wanna fall off my body, cause i'm feeling all that hill climbing from yesterday.
Then after dinner I might take my other dog for another uphill climb.
SO I'M OFF TO ANOTHER GREAT DAY.

I didn't get my tae bo in, but i did force myself to do 20 mins on the treadmill, but my legs are killing, so I wasn't going to over do it.
