Trying not to fret...

Ok, I'm having problems with the whole watching my calories thing. I am what this site calls a "Fast Tracker" and "Emotional Eater"
I eat when I'm bored. I eat almost always healthy things; grapes, apples/peanut butter, oranges, mixed nuts, ect, but than I have my cravings too. Which now all the "bad" things I liked to munch on are gone so I won't be buying any more or able to eat any more. However, I can't seem to stay on track. Some days I'm starving others I'm over flowing... I never thought eating right would be so difficult! I'm not trying to whyne just irritated that I keep "failing"...

    You're not whining--you're learning. No one ever said it was going to be easy! Look at it this way--you've already lost 5 lbs and you've been here-what-11 days. You're doing good! Everyone has those days. Just keep at it!
