goals need to be set!

Ok, I need to set some short term goals, that I can be consistant with:
Goal #1: Get up at the same time everyday for 30 days. 6:00 am.
I need to do this for sooooo many reasons. Brie is starting school in a few weeks and we all need to be up to get ready and be out of the house (instead of just me) by 7:30. I need to feel more energized throughout the day. I am ALWAYS so tired. We need to eat breakfast at home,together. I would like to start working out between 6-6:30, but that is down the road. So until August 18th (and forever after that) I will be getting out of bed at 6 am.
Goal #2: Keep within calorie range for 30 days.
Doesn't mean I can't have a sweet treat, just to plan for it. Once I really get adjusted to eating within the calorie range, it is easier to keep it up.
Goal #3: Log food daily for 30 days.
This is really to avoid busting goal #2 and it forces me to think about what I am eating, so it will help the mindless eating that I tend to do.
Goal #4: Get back into ONEderland by Sept.1
Those 4 goals are going to be hard enough, so I will concentrate on that right now.
