The only way I can not snack at night (or at least snack healthy) is to not have anything that I shouldn't have in the house. It's hard!! Especially when I'm in the grocery store and the potato chips are calling to me. I like pretzel rods since there aren't a HUGE amount in the bag, and 3 is only a little over a hundred calories...

I am going through this exact same thing. I try to cut out snacking at night but I can't seem to do it. The more I promise myself I will stop, the more I seem to reach for those Stacey's Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pita Chips. It is almost like an addiction, so I feel your pain! This too will pass, I have faith in the both of us!
