Fell Off the Wagon

Well I fell off the wagon, and I stopped losing weight... I actually gained back the 13 lbs I lost due to not drinking enough water and stop exercising. I actually sucked it up, asked a few friends to work out with me, and now we are going to work out 4 x's per week from 2:30-3:30 pm. I walked on the tredmill for 55 minutes on Wednesday. So, pray for me girls... I need it.

    Congrats on asking people to work out with you...I admire that. I am often ashamed and scared to ask others to help me with this. You can do this...I believe in you. We all fall of the wagon, but stay encouraged because you had the strength to get back on. My prays will be with you and if you could, please pray for me as well.

    You can do it! YOu have the motivation and drive! You have things you want to accomplish at a healthier weight so you know it is a must! Stick with it!

    Congrats on not quitting. We all have to make healthier living a daily choice for the rest of our lives and having bad days & vacations happens. The point is coming back to our healthier living! I will pray for you and the girls!
