Fell Off the Wagon

Well I fell off the wagon, and I stopped losing weight... I actually gained back the 13 lbs I lost due to not drinking enough water and stop exercising. I actually sucked it up, asked a few friends to work out with me, and now we are going to work out 4 x's per week from 2:30-3:30 pm. I walked on the tredmill for 55 minutes on Wednesday. So, pray for me girls... I need it.
