update to 8.5 lbs lost

When I woke up this morning I weighed 180.4, so I was glad to see I was still down at 180. Thursday's are my oficial weigh in days, so I changed my ticker up 2 lbs and will see what next Thursday brings.
As far at the trick to loosing 8 lbs in 2 hours, I guess you go to bed with a lot on your mind and just lay there thinking!!! And bam, the lbs just melt off!!

    Now there's great way to lose weight!! No sweating, no aching muscles...LOL! Well, whatever it is, you're doing great!! Keep up the good work and good luck getting everything done when the kids are gone.
