Haven't bloged in awhile

Wow, I haven't written in my blog in awhile, I know I should but seems like life is happening so quickly right now that I barely have time to slow down and catch my breath though sometimes I like life to be that way because that is when I feel like I'm living. It also seems like at least for me that things seem to go better, I'm happier and I tend to accomplish my goals better too. So I've been trying to keep my motivation up by doing a couple of things differently. One is I write out a list of thing I want to do or accomplish each day. Like getting out and riding my bike, taking the dogs for there walk, and even which rooms or area's of the house I need to clean that day. For every thing that I achieve I give myself a reward that doesn't involve food. Like getting on the computer to play not work. or renting a movie that I wanted to see, Or even going to see a friend. I've found there are Millions of ways to reward myself that don't involve food or a ton of money. So the last couple of months have really sped bye and I actually seem to be doing really well. I've lost right around 13 lbs. though I haven't weighed myself for the month yet I still have about one more week till weigh in day but almost all of my cloths are getting to big for me and I am actually going to have to take myself shopping one of these days just because several pairs of pants are starting to fall off of my butt when I walk.
well I think that is it for now.
