My Favorite exercises the I can do at work sitting at my desk!!!

Here are a few of my favorite exercises that are easy to do in your chair while you are working...
Seated Leg Excisions~ Works your quads

Seated Knee Lifts~ Works your abs and if you tighten your quads then it works those too.... I love it...

Well that's all I have so far I will add more as I go. I just did these and feel good!!!! Now I don't have to worry if I'm too tired to do squats or leg lifts when I get home from work because I can do some at work!!! Yay emoticon

    I'm gonna have to try it out... and fortuantly my desk is in the corner, so no one can make faces at!
