So I'm feeling pretty good about the first week. I weighed myself first thing this morning and was at 212, but since my first weigh in last week was after my walk and a quart of water I figured I'd better do it the same way this week. So, my official weigh-in weight is 215. Still a loss of 3 pounds. Go me! That's definitely a start. If I can lose 5 more in the next 6 weeks I'll be down to where I was at the beginning of the school year last year. That's the goal anyway. Baby steps, right? This week I need to work on eating more throughout the day, and less at supper. I try to save calories for dinner so I can eat with my family, but I end up really hungry and grumpy by evening.
