It's time to kick it up a notch.
I have new calorie cycling numbers. I plan to start on Sunday with the new numbers. I think Sunday is going to be my hardest day, simply because that tends to be a day when we might eat out -- we usually go after church. I'll just have to crack down and make good choices!! Wish me luck!!
I plan on making my menus for the week and trying to stick to them. I need to remember to take a snack with me at all times. That way I'm not famished when I come near unhealthy foods.
New Calorie Cycling Numbers:
Calorie range: 1200 - 1800
Average daily calories = 1500
SUN - 1200 - Rest Day
MON - 1800 - 30 Day Shred video + Cardio
TUE - 1300 - HIIT Cardio + abs
WED - 1700 - 30 Day Shred video + Cardio
THUR - 1400 - HIIT Cardio and Yoga Booty Ballet video
FRI - 1800 - 30 Day Shred video + Cardio
SAT - 1300 - HIIT Cardio + abs
