mindless eating

I am really struggling with this whole stupid weight thing, i believe a part of why i am so tired is b/c of the crap i eat. i just have no, NO motivation to move. i am so heavy that is bothersome to move my flab. i stopped by circle k this morning to get a pop(always a mistake), and grabbed my usual, 99 cent bag of doritos, and a nutty bar (the giant one). so even though i know i shouldn't of had it for breakfast, i am determined to at least log it in sparkpeople. so i did. by 9 am, i logged 900 calories. however, i did turn around and realized the nutty bar was still on my desk. I didn't even eat the nutty bar! i couldn't tell if i had or not, i wasn't paying attention to what i was eating, and thought I ate it!! talk about mindless eating! so, i decided, i will not eat it. i will give it to jolene @ lunch : P hehehe. but that nutty bar is 470 calories, i just logged if i went to mcdonalds for lunch for a southwest salad (no chicken) and fruit and yogurt parfait, then 2 plums for snack this afternoon...for the 1 nutty bar i didn't even know i ate! how horrible!!!!

    It's hard to get out of bad habits. Instead of stopping at the gas station for a pop, buy things to keep at home and take it with you. You won't stop and get pop and buy the chips and whatever else. Change your routine so your not tempted to buy the unhealthy things.

    I'm struggling too, you can do it though! Take small steps and you get to where you want to be!! Good luck!
