Summer-time blahs?

I am developing poor habits. Waking up later than I should and nibbling on things at unnecessary times. I need to get myself on track. I have been good about logging in my food, but everything else is taking a turn. Tomorrow, and for the rest of this week I will set my alarm clock for 7:30 and see if that helps. emoticon
