Okay, what do I dislike about my body? How much time do you have? What do I like about about my body? That list is much shorter. Why is that ? We are our own worst critics. Today as I was running, thinking about how I would love to have a stomach you could bounce a quarter off of, I thought, " you know what? Think about the positive!". I really like my legs. As I was running, I looked down and saw how muscular they were. They are some pretty hot legs. Ha! :) So, for today it got me through that body-hating slump by thinking about something I like (i.e. my hot legs!)

    I find myself dissing on myself quite often, and I, too, find that I can pull myself out of that rut by focusing on one thing I LOVE! Keep up the work, and keep loving yourself :)

    How often do you really need to bounce quarters?! Everyone sees your legs, and yours are a runners legs. lean, muscular, and loved!
