My 1st time

This my 1st ever blog!!

It is the middle of the night and I can't sleep. I have been stressed about my weight loss lately because I am stuck! I have been between 166-161 for months now. I can't seem to get over the hump. My motivation is dwindling and I can't seem to get it back. For months I was working out so hard 5 days a week, now I struggle to get in 3 and those I really am not "all there" for. Somehow I have to get my motivation back. I know I have done well with my weight loss so far (@ 33 lbs) but I need more!!!

    Kristin, I was visiting your page to send you a SparkMail asking you for guidance for me because I'm feeling the same way today. I was going to say how you're always doing so well with your weight loss, and ask you for ideas on what I'm doing wrong. I've been stuck, losing 1/2 pound here and there, and an occasional pound if I'm lucky. But you always do so well.

    I guess our success is different when it's viewed through someone else's eyes. I think you're doing great, but you want to lose more, as do I. I feel like I'm always working out, and then I weigh in and say "What?".

    Let's help each other, okay? Congrats on your first blog!
