My bad!

yesterday I was having a tough day. I was up super early to go to a job interview (it seemed like it was in the middle of the desert!) so when I finally got to work -late-i was really hungry as I would usually have had something to eat by then. So I wolfed down an Alpen bar and an apple. But I think I've discovered that if I miss a meal I really do go off skelter a little bit! I then proceeded to have a banana, almonds, two small rolls for lunch, a slice of cake (Mohamad passed his driving test), some crakers, a granola bar, some hula hoops, dinner, an ice cream and a meringue! I went a bit mental! I couldn't believe I was doing it either as I wasn't hungry and last week I was sooooo good even though I was starving!! (or it felt like it anyway!) so today I have vowed to do better as it is a new day and I really don't want to get to the end of the week and find that I've put on weight again! I want the scales to go down!

Must eat at regular times!

    I have to eat every meal or I go into a rage of eating whatever is in front of me for the next meal. I don't really know what you are doing. Are you counting calories? It is not a good to still be hungry because I know that when I am on a diet and still feel hungry I feel deprived and tend to not stick with it. Maybe you need to either eat more or split your meals up into six small meals. If you eat every 3-4 hours you may feel more satisfied even though it is the same amount of food. I am of course trying weight watchers and looking for low point snacks and foods that are quick to grab when I am hungry. So maybe look for some low fat and low calorie snacks that taste good and feel more like a treat. I think we have to trick our minds sometimes. : ) Yesterday could of been stress of the job interview. So how did it go? You slipped a little but you did not fall so just start over again and make today a new day. You are doing great lately so I know you are doing something right. Just know that you are going to have days like yesterday again but don't let it ruin your week.
