yesterday I was having a tough day. I was up super early to go to a job interview (it seemed like it was in the middle of the desert!) so when I finally got to work -late-i was really hungry as I would usually have had something to eat by then. So I wolfed down an Alpen bar and an apple. But I think I've discovered that if I miss a meal I really do go off skelter a little bit! I then proceeded to have a banana, almonds, two small rolls for lunch, a slice of cake (Mohamad passed his driving test), some crakers, a granola bar, some hula hoops, dinner, an ice cream and a meringue! I went a bit mental! I couldn't believe I was doing it either as I wasn't hungry and last week I was sooooo good even though I was starving!! (or it felt like it anyway!) so today I have vowed to do better as it is a new day and I really don't want to get to the end of the week and find that I've put on weight again! I want the scales to go down!
Must eat at regular times!
