New Run Training Log Online- I'm in LOVE!

So I'm sure lots of people know about this already, but I just discovered it earlier this week.... on www.runnersworld.com (a website I've been to many times) at the top of the page click on 'training log'. You'll have to sign up to be able to use it (it's free), but it's a GREAT way of keeping track of what you're doing on your runs.
I keep reading books about running and they all say to keep a journal detailing your runs (how far, when, where, how you felt, etc.). While I understood the value in keeping track of things (seeing progress, figuring out what works best for you, etc.), the thought of busting out a notebook wasn't appealing. But this online thing is VERY doable! It has a space for all the major things that could ever need to be recorded and figures statistics and makes graphs for you with the information you enter. It even allows you to keep track of what shoes you were wearing during the run (great for me b/c I alternate b/t 2 pairs and want to be sure to keep track of the miles on them so I know when to get rid of them)! I'm such a dork, but all this makes me happy! I'll of course still log my fitness minutes through SP, but I'll keep track of the details of my runs at this new spot!
