Why am I eating healthier and exercising more? Of course, to lose weight...but today's challenge is to make a list of other reasons, so here goes...
-To live longer
-To enjoy life more
-To gain a sense of personal accomplishment
-To gain self discipline, esteem, and confidence
-To avoid illness
-To enjoy my children...husband...friends..
.even grandchildren when the time comes...more
-To feel better emotionally and physically
