You may have been wondering why I have not been discussing my weight. The reason is because I have been stopped up yet again and feel like a balloon on the verge of bursting. The Yo-Plus is trying to help b/c I have been pooping a little bit since yesterday, but it is not nearly enough since I haven't released much waste since Saturday after the effects of the Smooth Moves Tea. I try to avoid taking laxatives b/c they are not good to use all the time; however, until my digestive gets regulated again, I only use it the day before my weigh-in so that I can get as closely as I can to my "true" weight. In the meantime, I suffer and deal with feeling like a blimp. I'm sure I weigh less on my weigh-in days because I still feel like a stuffed burrito even after letting out some of the waste. Oh well....hopefully this yogurt stuff will help me out more. I would love to be regular again. The only time I'm regular is when I eat fatty foods (with or without fiber) and even when I drink a lot less water than recommended, which goes against what doctors say helps a person to defecate. My digestive system always gets out of whack when I start eating healthy or reducing my caloric intake *sigh*. I wish I could be normal. Anyway, my stomach is aching, and I feel like I need to go to the bathroom all day long, but nothing comes out but all the water I drink. I can't even measure my waist anymore b/c it is so huge from the backup. Okay, I'm done talking about it.

My students had their last day of instruction today. As always, I offered to hold a study session tomorrow before the final exam. I'm going to miss this group; they were very pleasant to teach. They were probably my new, favorite class haha. I hope they do well on the exam...b/c if they don't, they will flood my e-mails with pleas for me to change their grade or something...It bothers me SO MUCH when students do that, especially since THEY earned that grade and especially if they didn't come see me for help during my office hours or didn't come to class often.

    Hope you feel better ASAP! I'll be away some this next week, but I'll try to check in with you as much as possible. I was riding my bike one day this week and out of the blue it dawned on me that SERMAGRA is ser magra. I'm such a nut! But you can ser mais magra. Don't give up!
