Ran a trail 5K last night. Did better then I thought I would considering all the miles I've put in this week. Not sure of my time yet as I messed up my watch some how. My daughters ran also. Let's see, my oldest (19) to 1st in her age group, my youngest (12) got 3rd in her age group and I (44) got 2nd in my age group. Not a bad showing for us Greggs. Later
