Still focus, seems to help if i put my plan for the day done in writing so I guess this is where I will do it.
I was able to complete all my goals except one,
Didnt get in as much water as I had planned.
I did talk to my daughter about exercising with me and she will, as a matter of fact we went for a 30min walk last night!!
Make up on ( doing this until it becomes a habit)
Healthy breakfast
Take a healthy lunch
Drink 3 glasses of water ( extra to make up for yesterday)
Walk after work for 30 mins
Tell myself at every meal that I can do this, that I want to be healty!!
