Eating clean

SO I figured out what one of my downfalls are; and the sabatogers to my eating clean. I do very well until I have a drink. Doesn't matter what I drink, vodka/water or a light beer. I usually end up pigging out of food later and wrecking what I did for working out that day. My new goal, is too not have a drink for a month, I don't drink a lot, which is a good thing becuase I would probably be working out for nothing. All day I only eat freash vegtables/yogurt/wraps/fruit/a
nd lots of water. Dinner is usually sushi/salads/grilled chicken on the bbq/and more freash veggies. Then I have that drink and wreck it all. ahhhhhh
