Going strong

Things are going pretty good. Gearing up for the 100rd mile trail race, August 2-3. I ran 10 miles Sunday, 26 miles on trails Monday, and 12.5 miles yesterday during the heat of the day. That was very hard. Harder then the 26 miler, probably because of the heat and I was very tried. Tonight I have a 5K trail race and Saturday I have a 5K CC race. I like to race!
