Getting back on track

My weight loss plateau is now about 4 months. I recently had another fill and spent an agonzing two weeks throwing up almost everything I ate or drank. After a defill yesterday, I'm feeling better and ready to focus on weight loss again.

My focus for the month is on eating when I am truly hungry, and stopping when I am satisfied. This is my biggest challenge. I so want to crack the 210 pound barrier!!

    I AM TOTALLY WITH U ON THE GETTING BACK ON TRACK. I DON'T KNOW HOW I LOST MY MOTIVATION 2 LOSE WEIGHT BUT I DID AND GAINED WEIGHT ON TOP OF THAT. SO IT IS TIME FOR ME 2 GET BACK ON TRACK. emoticon
