So, how many times can you fall off the wagon and still make progress? Answer: obviously not 3 weeks worth. How is it physically possible to gain 7 pounds in less than 3 weeks!!! Argh!

But there is hope. I've decided to start the women's health fitplan workout. Looking forward to the change in pace. If there's one thing I can't take, it's monotony (sp?) in a workout. I always seem to be changing, but if you ask my husband, apparently it's the symptom of my personality type (one who flits from item to item before finally coming back to complete one started long ago :-) )

So, here goes another shot. It's been 4 years since I hit my goal weight and in that time I've fluctuated within about 10 pounds up and down over an over. I think it's what keeps me sane! Knowing that it doesn't matter if you take breaks. Enjoy them while they last, just don't let them become your new lifestyle!
