Holding Steady..

So at the begining of June i found out i was pregnant. the lowest weight i'd achieved before this was 183. Right now, as i sit here writing this, going into week 11, almost out of my first trimester i'm proud to say that i've only gained 6 pounds. i'm going to try even harder to make it longer without gaining much. I know from past experience once i hit 3rd trimester, it's a losing battle. i swell up like a balloon with water and that's when 90% of my weight gain happens. so as long as i can control most of it now, it's my goal to not reach above 215 - 220 which was my weigh in weight at the hospital nearly 4 years ago with my son.

Any tips and tricks are more than welcome here! I'm doing my best to stay hydrated, I'm taking all my vitamins pretty much daily, and getting as much sleep as possible. I can't wait until i'm not tired all the time anymore! :)
