Workout #2

Today I did the Strength Interval Training Workout from the results of my MAP TEST. It was just as long (60) minutes and to maintain the heart rate that what in the program I had to walk it with a bit of an incline, I found is less boring. perhaps because I was occupied with constantly adjusting the speed and incline to keep my heart rate in the zone perscribed and having someone next to me to talk to once in awhile. Here was the program:
